From the first vendor arrival to the final send-off, we’re the point person, the problem-solver, and the keeper of the timeline — so you don’t have to be.

Partial Planning is for couples who have started planning but don’t want to do all of it alone. Maybe you’ve booked a few vendors, maybe you’re overwhelmed by decisions, or maybe you just want a professional in your corner to keep things on track.
We step in where you need us most — helping refine your vision, fill in the gaps, and guide you through the planning process so nothing feels rushed, disorganized, or forgotten.

Full Service Planning is for couples who want a beautifully executed wedding without carrying the mental load of planning it. From the big-picture vision to the smallest logistics, we manage the process from start to finish — so decisions feel clear, timelines stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a high-touch, deeply organized planning experience designed to make your engagement feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

Can we customize a package to fit the needs for our wedding?
Absolutely! My goal is to ensure we build a package that fits your needs. There’s nothing worse than paying for a service you don’t need. In order to make sure we are aligned on what you need, we will have a deep-dive discovery call before you receive a proposal. There is a minimum service need of $1,200.
Do you offer a la carte services?
Yes! Just need someone to run your ceremony? We got you! Need someone to replenish food and drinks at your backyard weeding, we can do that, too. Sometimes we just need a little extra hand to make that day special. A la carte services have a minimum service need of $400 and must be within 25 miles of Portland, ME.
How far in advance should we book a day-of coordinator/planner?
It all depends on factors like guest count, needs and budget. We recommend day of coordination be booked no less than 3 months in advance, however we are already booking out one year in advance, so an early inquiry is best. Full-service wedding planning must be booked at least 9 months in advance.
Do you travel?
Yes! Where are we going? I travel domestically and internationally for weddings!
Can you help with vendor recommendations?
Of course.. I pride myself in connecting with the best wedding professionals and have a list of preferred vendors and would be happy to do research on your behalf.
