  Day-Of Set-Up and Coordination

  • Assistance in set up of ceremony + reception decorations

  • Set up gift table and welcome tables with decorations

  • Place flowers in appropriate places along tables

  • Set out programs and menus

  • Coordinate ceremony

  Reception Management and Event Flow

  • Orchestrate activities such as first dance, toasts, and cake cutting

  • Solving any last-minute situations

  End-of-Night Duties

  • Vendor tip distribution

  • Remove gifts from gift table at the end of the night and secure with family member

  • Take-down of Ceremony and Reception spaces. Closing venue as outlined in contact.
